Spices in my Tagine

I have just purchased a Tagine. It's great for cooking with the spices I love in my Healthy Meals.
For example Tumeric is good for the immune system and helps fight Dementia.
Cumin - Helps to control insulin and blood sugar and helps to increase fatloss
Coriander and Rosemary helps to releave depression.
Cayenne - A good hot spice that really perks up your dishes as well as your metabulism and helps burn the fat away.

Here's a little recipe to try you can use this with your fatloss programes as no oils are used in this recipe

Add the grated onion and the remaining spice mix and cook over a

of lamb on all sides then add the browned meat to the tagine dish.

5. Add the remaining  chopped tomatoes, apricots, saffron, lamb stock to
the tagine dish. Bring to the boil, cover with the top. Place in
the oven and cook for 2-2½ hours or until the meat is meltingly
tender. It can aslo be cooked on the top of the cooker at as very low heat.
